Gajjar Engineering Facility Expansion:

This has been a great project and despite the weather conditions, has gone extremely well.

This is phase 1 of a 2 phase job.

The forms are up, vapor barrier in place, re-bar tied, and the drain rings set.. Time to pour. This pour started at 4:00 a.m.
	Then came the curb, dumpster pad and driveway. All heavily re-enforced.
Then we come to the existing driveway repairs. The original contractor did not take into consideration, that there would be heavy loads on the drive in front of the loading docks. We also found that aside from there being no compaction on the sub-straight. That the concrete in these areas was in some cases less than 3" thick. We of course went back with 6" of concrete with #4 reinforcing bar, and re-poured with High early concrete (5000 PSI in 7 days).
